Eligibility

1.1 The First Time Deposit (FTD) Bonus is available to all new Customers making their first deposit of R50 or more.

1.2 The bonus is credited to the Customer’s Bonus Wallet 12-24 hours after the first successful deposit.

1.3 The First Time Deposit (FTD) match bonus will appear as First Time Deposit Match under the Bonus Offers on the player's Boltbet Account.

1.4 A minimum deposit of R50 is required to qualify for the FTD Bonus.

1.5 The bonus is awarded at 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of R5,000.

Bonus Credit

2.1 The maximum bonus amount is R5,000.

2.2 The maximum total withdrawable winnings from the FTD Bonus is capped at R15,000.

Wagering Requirements

3.1 The deposit and bonus amount combined must be wagered six times (6x) before any withdrawal is permitted.

3.2 Example: A Customer deposits R500. They receive an additional R500 bonus (total R1,000). The wagering requirement is R6,000 (R1,000 × 6).

3.3 Until wagering requirements are met, funds remain locked in the Customer's Bonus Wallet.

Eligible Products

4.1 The FTD Bonus may be used for Sports bets (pre-match or in-play and Virtual Games which includes Dog Racing, Keno, Winners Wheel, Spin&Win, Rapid Spin&Win

4.2 Casino games, Lucky Numbers and other products not listed in 4.1 are excluded.

Betting Rules for FTD Bonus

5.1 Only single bets are allowed. Multi-bets are not allowed.

5.2 Each bet must have minimum odds of 1.8 to qualify.

5.3 If a bet contains any leg below 1.8 odds, the “Use Bonus Money” option will not be available.

Expiry & Forfeiture

6.1 The FTD Bonus must be wagered within 5 days of being credited.

6.2 Any unused or uncleared bonus funds after this period will be automatically forfeited.

6.3 Invalid, cancelled, drawn, or cashed-out bets do not count towards wagering requirements.

6.4 In the unlikely event that a match gets postponed/cancelled, the system views this as a cancelled bet and the bonus is forfeited.

General Conditions

7.1 Bonus stakes are not withdrawable. If a Customer wins using Bonus Wallet funds, only winnings are transferred to the Main Wallet, and the stake is removed.

7.2 The stake is removed after each winning bet, and only the profit from the bet is paid back into the FTD MATCH Bonus Wallet.

7.3 Boltbet reserves the right to withhold or withdraw this promotion if illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or irregular betting activity is detected.

7.4 In the event that the VIP Team, at its sole discretion, awards the First Time Deposit Match Bonus in the form of free spins, the maximum winnings cap of R15,000 shall apply. This cap shall remain enforceable notwithstanding that the system may allow unrestricted or continued play. All free spins funds and any funds derived from free spins shall be subject to this maximum limit. In the event that a player’s total winnings exceed R15,000, the excess amount shall be removed from the player’s account. For example, should a player accumulate winnings of R20,000, only R15,000 will be eligible for withdrawal, and the remaining R5,000 will be deducted and reflected as a withdrawal adjustment under “Retail Admin,” with no entitlement by the player to claim such excess.

7.5 The First Time Deposit Bonus is subject to Boltbet's General Terms and Conditions.

Abuse Restrictions

8.1 If any bonus allocation is used to cover and gain an advantage by placing bets on more than one outcome of the same event, the entire bonus and all winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Example 1: On a 2-way market, betting is not allowed on more than one possible outcome; in such event, the Customer will forfeit the entire bonus and all winnings.

8.3 Example 2: On a 3-way market, betting is not allowed on more than two possible outcomes; in such event, the Customer will forfeit the entire bonus and all winnings.

Bonus Abuse Definition

9.1 Bonus abuse occurs when a customer, alone or in collusion with others, attempts to exploit promotional offers, bonus funds, or free bets in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Placing offsetting or “risk-free” bets designed to guarantee a return with no legitimate risk.

• Two or more players coordinating gameplay where one player bets on one outcome of a 50/50 event (for example, red vs blue, black vs yellow, heads vs tails, or over vs under) while another player bets on the opposite outcome. When one player wins and withdraws, both effectively benefit from a free bonus with no legitimate risk — this practice is strictly prohibited.

• Using bonus funds to hedge or match bets across multiple accounts, games, or events.

• Sharing payment methods, devices, or IP addresses to trigger additional bonuses or manipulate promotional offers.

9.2 Zero-Risk Play Restriction
Any form of play that eliminates or substantially reduces risk — including cover betting, coordinated wagering, or using even-chance outcomes (e.g. red/blue, black/yellow) solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash — is considered bonus abuse.
Boltbet reserves the right to void any winnings, cancel bonuses, and forfeit both bonus and real funds associated with such activity.

9.3 Review & Enforcement
All gameplay is continuously monitored for collusion or abnormal betting patterns. If such behaviour is detected, Boltbet may:

• Remove the bonus and any associated winnings;

• Withhold withdrawals pending investigation;

• Suspend or permanently close the involved accounts;

• Report the activity to relevant software providers, payment processors, or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Remove any winnings derived from Bonus Funds

9.5 Final Decision
Boltbet management retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes bonus abuse, collusive play, or irregular activity, and its decision shall be final and binding.

10.1 Solo Bonus Exploitation

Bonus exploitation also occurs when a single player attempts to guarantee a return or retain a bonus without genuine risk by placing offsetting bets on both sides of an event.
For example, where a player wagers half of their balance on one 50/50 outcome (e.g. red vs blue, black vs yellow, heads vs tails, over vs under) and the other half on the opposite outcome, then withdraws funds to preserve or qualify for a bonus — such conduct is strictly prohibited.

10.2 Consequences
If such activity is identified, Boltbet reserves the right to:

• Forfeit or remove the applicable bonus and any related winnings;

• Void bets associated with the activity;

• Restrict or suspend the player’s account; and

• Deny future participation in promotional offers.

• Remove any winnings derived from Bonus Funds

• Remove the Original Deposit( Real Funds)

10.3 Final Decision
Boltbet management retains full discretion to determine whether activity constitutes solo bonus exploitation or risk-free play, and its decision shall be final and binding.
