Eligibility

1.1.1 The Weekly Cashback will appear under the tab Bonus Offers in your Bonus Wallet on the Customer's Boltbet Account but will be labelled as Cashback.

1.1.2 The Weekly Cashback Bonus applies only where the Customer has a positive Net Loss - Bonus Transfers to Main Wallet.

1.1.3 Bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and cashback are excluded from “Deposits”.

1.1.4 Calculations are based on settled bets only.

1.1.5 Converted Bonuses and converted Cashback during the qualifying period counts towards the calculation.

1.1.5 The cashback calculation period runs from the 00h:00 on Monday of the previous week to 23h:59 on Sunday of the previous week and awarded on Wednesday of the current week.

Cashback Calculation

2.1 Cashback with the maximum of R10,000 per week is calculated at 10% of a Customer's Net Loss.

Example 1 – Qualifies (Net Loss)

Opening Balance = R0
Deposits = R5,000
Withdrawals = R4,600
Closing Balance = R0
Net Loss = (R5,000 − R4,600) − 0 = R400
Cashback = 10% = R40
Payment Date: Cashback credited on Wednesday of the following week.

Example 2 – Does Not Qualify (Break-Even)

Opening Balance = R1,000
Deposits = R5,000
Withdrawals = R2,000
Closing Balance = R4,000
Net Loss = (R1,000 + R5,000 − R2,000 − R4,000) = R0
No Cashback (no net loss).

Example 3 – Does Not Qualify (Net Gain)

Opening Balance = R500
Deposits = R1,000
Withdrawals = R200
Closing Balance = R1,600
Net Loss = (R500 + R1,000 − R200 − R1,600) = -R300
No Cashback (since net gain is R300).

Cashback Credit

3.1 Qualifying Cashback is credited to your Bonus Wallet on Wednesday of the current week, for the period of the previous week.
3.2 The maximum Cashback per week is R10,000.
3.3 The maximum total withdraw-able winnings from Cashback Bonuses is capped at R50,000.

Cashback Wallet Rules

4.1 Cashback funds may only be used on selected Pragmatic Play games and may change each week.
4.2 Cashback is subject to an 8× wagering requirement before any winnings are transferred to the Main Wallet.
4.3 The maximum total withdraw-able winnings from Cashback Bonuses is capped at R50,000 (per Customer, per promotion period). Any amount above the cap is forfeited.
4.4 Bonus stake is not withdraw-able. Only winnings are transferred to your Main Wallet after settlement and successful completion of the 8× wagering requirement.

Expiry & Forfeiture

5.1 Cashback needs to be successfully wagered and transferred to the main wallet within 5 days, otherwise the Cashback will be forfeited and any winnings derived from Cashback will be forfeited..

5.2 Unused funds are automatically forfeited.
5.3 Invalid, cancelled, drawn, or cashed-out bets do not count towards wagering requirements.

General Conditions

6.1 Boltbet may withhold or withdraw this promotion if fraudulent, abusive, or irregular betting is suspected.
6.2 The Monthly Cashback Bonus is subject to the General Terms and Conditions, which apply in full.
